Who we are

Five-0-Nine Insurance is a trade name of Country Homes Insurance LLC, an independent insurance agency with offices in Spokane, Yakima and Walla Walla, Washington. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us. That is usually your name, email address, phone number, the city you are in, what kind of coverage you are asking about, and anything you write in a message.

Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information automatically, such as the pages you visited, the browser you used and the general region you connected from. That information is not used to identify you.

What we do not want you to send us

Please do not include medical information, diagnoses, prescriptions or details about your health in a website form or an email. Website forms and email are not secure. When we need that information in order to compare plans for you, we will send you a secure form and explain what we need and why.

To reply to your question, usually within one business day.
To arrange a consultation and prepare for it.
To research and compare coverage options for you.
To help with an application if you choose to move forward.
To stay in touch about your coverage after you enroll.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone who is not directly involved in helping you with your coverage.

Who we share it with

We share information with insurance carriers and the state or federal marketplaces only when it is needed to quote, apply for or service coverage for you, and only with your permission. We also use ordinary business tools such as website hosting, email and scheduling software, which store information on our behalf.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Medicare and health information

If you speak with us about Medicare, separate rules apply. We will explain any permissions we need, including a Scope of Appointment where one is required, before we discuss specific plans with you.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies to keep the site working properly and to understand how people use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop parts of the site from working as expected.

How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as we are servicing your coverage, and afterwards for as long as insurance record-keeping rules require. Enquiries that do not become client relationships are kept for a reasonable period and then removed.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Call or email us and we will take care of it.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
