A consultation goes deeper than a group session, because the whole hour is about your situation rather than a room full of people. In one of our three offices, on the phone, or on Zoom or Teams.

The sessions are free and open to anyone, but you do not have to wait for one. A private appointment covers the same ground on your schedule.
