Some drive across town, some drive in from further out, and plenty we help by phone or video without them ever making the trip. Spokane is a place where a recommendation from a friend still counts for more than an ad, which is how most of our clients found us in the first place.

Some come from a few blocks away downtown, others drive in from Selah, Union Gap or further down the valley. A good number we help entirely by phone or video and never meet in person at all, which suits people who are still working.
Walla Walla and College Place mostly, then out toward Dayton and Waitsburg, and some who cross the line from Milton-Freewater. Plenty of it happens by phone or video instead, which matters when the season does not leave much spare time.

Our sister agency, 406 Insurance, serves the Bitterroot Valley from Hamilton. Same family, same people, and several of our agents are licensed in both states. If you are moving between Washington and Montana, or you have family over there, we can help on both sides.

We send a questionnaire before we meet
Before our meeting, we email you a secure form about your prescriptions, your doctors and your goals. The hour gets spent on answers rather than paperwork.
Our first meeting takes about an hour
We get you on the schedule for one hour. Longer if you have questions, shorter if you already know what you want. Nobody is watching the clock.
You will leave with a plan for what happens next
We spend the first meeting getting to know your situation. Then we do the research and come back to you with what we found.

We work with people across Washington state. Some sit down with us in Spokane, Yakima or Walla Walla, and plenty we have never met in person, because a consultation works just as well by phone or video. Wherever you are, the help is the same.
