This position is in our Yakima office serving as the home base. Some flexibility for report work may be available, but regular in-office availability is important. We are looking for someone who can contribute immediately and grow the agency. Over time, the position may expand based on business needs, performance, and the individual's interests. Insurance licensing is not required. If the right candidate develops an interest in becoming licensed in the future, we are open to supporting that growth. The right fit is someone who can be given a project, ask the right questions, stay organized, and take ownership of getting it done.
