Kelly Blyth
Owner, Independent Agent
Kelly enjoyed growing up in Montana and moved to Spokane to attend Whitworth University where she also played basketball. After attending Whitworth, she went on to graduate from Eastern Washington University with degrees in Business Management and Human Resource Management. ​Kelly has worked in the insurance industry since 1999, working with multiple lines of insurance with an emphasis on customer service, management, training, sales and marketing. Her years of experience have lead her to focus on education, customer service and advocating for others. Kelly believes in providing a consultative approach to each client's situation and strives to maintain long-standing relationships built on trust and open communication. ​ Kelly is inspired by helping others and she positively impacts the community through volunteer work at the Higher Ground Animal Sanctuary, has served as a Community Coordinator as well as the Chair for the Five Mile Prairie Neighborhood Council. ​In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids and two Labrador Retrievers, and spends her free time gardening, cooking, hiking and doing DIY home improvement projects. She has also trained and finished two marathons and looks forward to completing a third next year!

Gina Hankal
Business Manager
Gina spent much of her childhood in Phoenix, AZ before her family moved to Spokane, where she graduated from Central Valley High School. Gina began her career in the real estate market, then moved into a marketing role as an account manager in printing for 13 years. For nearly nine years, she was an integral part of the Downtown Spokane Partnership team, overseeing accounts for over 1,200 businesses and properties within the downtown business improvement district, while also managing Human Resources. Her professional experience has focused on supporting others while managing efficiencies to help the team succeed. With a strong belief in quality work, Gina focuses on personalized client interactions and removing obstacles. Her experience handling contracts and details has helped her to make a natural transition into helping others with health insurance products and Medicare. ​Gina is happily married to her high school sweetheart Jeremy, and is a proud mom of two kids. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking and supporting Ohio State football!

Brian Carvo
Independent Agent
Brian grew up in Moses Lake, WA, then relocated to Spokane after high school. Soon after, he enlisted in the US Navy, where he had the opportunity to explore various destinations in the Indo-Pacific region. His time in the Navy instilled a deep sense of discipline and broadened view, qualities that have greatly benefited his professional career. ​Following his Naval service, Brian spent 12 years in the property and casualty insurance sector before transitioning to healthcare, where he has been for the last 15 years. Brian’s extensive background in insurance and healthcare has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry, enabling him to provide a consultative approach to health insurance that prioritizes coverage, service and value. Brian’s approach is always client-centered, ensuring they receive personalized advice tailored to their specific circumstances. Outside work, Brian enjoys spending time with his three children. Brian is a ceramic artists and founded One 11 Ceramics where he crafts amazing pottery pieces. His artwork is a familiar sight at many local events and markets, including Kendall Yards, Perry Street and Liberty Lake farmers markets as well as various local art galleries.

Jason Stone

Jason was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from East Valley High School in Yakima, where he met his wife, Jessica. Together, they began building their family—something Jason considers one of life’s greatest adventures. For over 25 years, Jason worked in the aerospace industry, where he held a variety technical roles. His career focused on operations, process improvement, and employee development, with a strong emphasis on training, mentoring, and coaching teams. He became known not only for his precision and problem-solving skills, but also for his ability to build trust and lead with integrity. Outside of work, Jason has always had a passion for mentorship. For years, he coached youth sports and led youth groups throughout the Yakima Valley, helping young people build confidence, discipline, and character. These experiences, both professionally and personally, shaped his values and his deep commitment to serving others. That same mindset guides Jason in his work as a licensed health insurance agent. After supporting loved ones through the complexities of aging and navigating Medicare, he realized how overwhelming the process can be without someone to lean on. Drawing on his background in training and coaching, Jason now helps individuals and families understand their options, make informed decisions, and feel confident about their coverage. He brings the same focus, clarity, and compassion to insurance that he brought to aerospace—always committed to guiding others with patience and care. Jason is proud to serve his clients with the values he’s carried throughout his life: honesty, loyalty, and a deep respect for people and community. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and grandchildren and continuing his lifelong practice of martial arts, where he has earned his black belt.

Nate Lant

Nate grew up in Stevensville, Montana then went on to attend Western Montana College in Dillon, MT where he played football and earned a degree in Elementary Education. Following his passion for education, Nate taught in Guatemala for a year before returning to the U.S. to continue his teaching career while earning his Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Montana.  For the past two decades, Nate has dedicated himself to public education. He has served as a teacher at the elementary level, and held various elementary and middle school principal positions. Nate believes that joyful experiences, meaningful effort and purposeful relationships are the foundation of success. Nate joined the family business to continue his commitment to education through his work in the health insurance industry. His experience as an educator allows him to bring value to the community through educating, listening and following through. His approach to insurance is rooted in his ability to understand and address the individual needs of each of his clients. Outside of his professional life, Nate and his wife, Rori, cherish time with their three boys and three dogs. They especially enjoy those rare evenings when they don’t have to cook. ​

Angi Bennett

Angi grew up in the Pacific Northwest. Angi found a love for helping others as a caregiver, providing support to families and disabled adults both in-home and in a group home environment. Helping others has led Angi to develop a strong sense of organization, interpersonal communication skills and an education-first philosophy. Angi's experience caring for others translates directly to her ability to listen and support clients with their health insurance decisions. ​Angi is a proud mother of three kids. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to music and the outdoors. Her fondest childhood memories are of baking sweet treats with her grandmother, and that love of baking has continued throughout her adult life.

Dick Tiffany
Independent Agent & Financial Advisor
Dick has been an insurance and financial advisor professional for over 50 years, with the last 35 spent in the Spokane area. After earning a degree in finance, he began his career in life insurance then proceeded into securities and financial planning. ​During his career, Dick became a Chartered Financial Consultant, a Series 7 stockbroker and twice  elected President of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. ​In recent years, Dick has focused more on retirement planning to meet the needs of his client base. While assisting a family member, he became aware of how confusing Medicare can be, and the need for knowledgeable agents to assist Medicare-eligible clients to receive the benefits they need and deserve. ​Dick is very proud to have served in the Army where he became a sergeant and received both a Purple Heart and Bronze Star while in combat in Vietnam.
